The Center for Excellence in Writing (CEW) is led by a team of experienced and dedicated professionals who are committed to supporting students in achieving their writing goals. Our leadership team includes the Center Director, who provides strategic vision and direction, and the Assistant Director, who oversees day-to-day operations. Additionally, we have Writing Consultants who are trained to provide individualized support to students at every stage of the writing process. Together, our leadership team works collaboratively to create a welcoming and supportive environment that empowers students to become confident and successful writers.

Mouhieddine Kherouatou is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Architecture at the University of Constantine 3, whose research focuses on the architectural heritage of the city of Constantine, specifically on the Ottoman history of the city. His work involves analyzing archives from the Ottoman administration to understand the architectural and urban productions of Constantine during the Ottoman period. He has expertise in Islamic Architecture History, Conservation and Restoration of Cultural Heritage. He has published articles and presented research on architecture and urban planning.

Frimeche Malika is a political scientist, professor and dean of the Faculty of Political Science at the University of Constantine 3 in Algeria. She has published articles and research on various topics, including diplomacy, international relations, political behavior, and youth politics. Her research interests include political communication, political marketing, and the use of new media in politics. She has also conducted research on the Hirak protests in Algeria and football chants as a form of political expression. In addition to her academic work, she has contributed to public discourse on current affairs and foreign policy through various media outlets. A skilled communicator, a true master of her profession, and a passionate free spirit filled with ambition, Dr Frimeche perfectly fits the description of our center’s desired leaders
